The Current Residence is a natural daylight loft space located in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Once an old knitting factory,  TCR has two rooms available for hourly & daily rentals. The building is a commercial space, so there is a driveway for loading and unloading, and a large elevator that can be accessed from outside and inside the building. Bathrooms/Restrooms are conveniently located across the hall from the studio space (not located inside the studio). Our studios come lightly furnished with tasteful design elements.

Room 1 is approximately 900 square feet of natural wood wood floors, white walls, and 11ft tall ceilings. It comes equipped with furniture, a small kitchenette with in-unit plumbing and plants. 

Room 2 is approximately 500 square feet of white floors and white walls. Featuring 11ft tall ceilings, wood accents, and a small kitchenette. The natural wood details compliments the clean white interiors.
