The Current Residence is a natural daylight loft space located in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Once an old knitting factory,  TCR has two rooms available for hourly & daily rentals. The building is a commercial space, so there is a driveway for loading and unloading, and a large elevator that can be accessed from outside and inside the building. Bathrooms/Restrooms are conveniently located across the hall from the studio space (not located inside the studio). Our studios come lightly furnished with tasteful design elements.

Approximately 900 square feet of natural wood wood floors, white walls, and 11ft tall ceilings. It comes equipped with furniture, a small kitchenette with in-unit plumbing and plants.
